SID TO OPP Flowline Repair (Spy Island Drilling site to Oliktok Point Plant)
Repair a corroded subsea Arctic oil flowline running 18,459 ft from an offshore man-made island to shore facilities on the Arctic coast.
This process entailed fabricating and pushing/pulling a new 10.75” flowline into the corroded 14” pipeline to serve as a replacement flowline, while minimizing production shutdown time.
