Testing and commissioning is where the work proves itself.
It’s the final step before electrical infrastructure goes live, with no room for guesswork.
Substations, transformers, and relay systems are tested in real-world conditions to ensure they operate safely, reliably, and exactly as designed. Testing and commissioning teams make sure everything’s ready when systems are energized.
This work is a strong fit for people who:

Prefer being in the field over sitting behind a desk

Like working with equipment and real infrastructure

Take safety seriously and pay attention to detail

Solve problems under pressure

Want to see the direct impact of their work

What matters most is your ability to learn, adapt, and take ownership.

TEST IT. POWER IT.

WE TRAIN YOU

FROM THE GROUND UP

This is hands-on, field-based work. You’ll work directly with high-voltage equipment and control systems—testing, troubleshooting, verifying, and preparing systems for energization.
You’ll start by learning the fundamentals and building technical skills in the field. As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility, including executing tests independently, leading portions of the work, mentoring others, and eventually overseeing crews and projects.
Expect early mornings, travel, and outdoor work in all conditions.
You’ll be on active job sites solving real problems in real time.
